Our Guarantee

If you’re not happy with any product you receive from WILDHQ Ltd, please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. This may result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account (excluding freighting costs). Unfortunately, seven days after the dispatch of your product, we are unable to replace or credit the goods. Please call us on 03 547 1177 between 8am and 5pm Monday–Friday. Cancellation Policy

Please note WILDHQ Ltd is not obliged by New Zealand Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so please choose carefully.

However if you do, please contact us as soon as possible on 03 547 1177 and, providing we can intercept the goods before they are dispatched with the courier, we will happily exchange the products ordered for other WILDHQ Ltd goods or a credit note.
