We know that right now shipping costs are ‘up there’. So, to get the ‘best bang for your buck’ we’ve come up with handy suggestions to fill your order for economical shipping costs.

Dried Goods
Our dried goods carton will fit up to four (4) items in it - for one economical shipping price. Simply select up to four choices for this carton. Dried goods and chilled goods have to be sent separately to protect the dried goods from moisture - so they have separate shipping costs.

Frozen Goods
To protect your products during delivery your order is packed with two ice packs into our fully recyclable polystyrene carton, taped shut and clearly labelled. Once packed your order will remain chilled throughout transit which means your product always arrives in perfect condition. Our frozen goods carton can fit many combinations of mince and medallion options in it.

Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping On All Orders Over $79.95

WildHQ Ltd partners with New Zealand Couriers to deliver all online orders and they are shipped from our WildHQ factory in Nelson.

The shipping fee includes the cost of handling, packaging and courier fee. Shipping fees increase with weight. Note the packaging material is included in this weight and cost.

To receive deliveries in main urban centres before the weekend - orders must be received by 12pm (noon) on Thursdays.

Delivery days are Tuesday – Friday (with the exception of public holidays).

Local Nelson delivery orders can be received as late as 2pm on Fridays and still expect to be delivered by 6pm Friday.

If you are unable to be at home to receive the delivery either have the delivery sent to your workplace or provide us with instructions of a safe place on your property for the courier to leave the parcel. Please bear in mind we cannot accept liability for any product where you instruct us to leave the parcel without signing for it.

Delivery to your door is available in urban centres. Rural delivery is available to certain areas. Check with your local courier to guarantee next day delivery before completing your order.

Delivery and Timeframe

CHILLED AND FROZEN GOODS

We pack our frozen goods orders in a recyclable polystyrene insulated box, with gel ice packs, to keep your products pristine right to your door. Or for smaller items a Thermogard Insulated Chiller Bag. 

For an economical shipping cost it pays to 'fill your box' or 'fill your bag' with as many items as it can fit. We have worked out what a box or bag can fit for your convenience.

North Island $20, overnight.
Wellington/Kapiti $15, overnight.
South Island $10, same day and overnight depending on location.

A $7 Rural Delivery charge on top of those costs will apply if you are outside the normal courier run. To save on that extra cost, we recommend you have your delivery made to a friend/business - if you can - within the normal route and pick it up from them. 

Nelson Local Delivery: FREE. For Marybank, Nelson, Stoke, Richmond, Appleby, Hope, Mapua, Mahana, Motueka residents. Same day delivery if ordered before 12 noon.

Chilled Goods. These fit into an A4 Chiller Bag. 
$10.95 tracked overnight delivery as below:

    * Refers to cat or dog mince pottles

    DRIED TREATS AND CHEWS

    Cartons These hold up to any 4 dried goods items
    North Island $17, overnight
    South Island $8.50, same day and overnight depending on location.
    For an economical shipping cost it pays to ‘fill your bag’ with each order.

    For 1, 2 or 3 dried goods items these can fit into our courier bags. These are a 3 Day Tracked delivery. The NZ shipping cost is just $5.60 or $7.20 dependent on which combination of items are selected. Shown below are the combinations to fit into our A5 or A4 bags.

    Ordering dried goods and chilled goods?

    If you order both dried goods and chilled goods - your order will be packed separately - with separate freight costs shown for each. This is because, unfortunately, we cant send our dried goods and chilled goods in the same box, because the moisture could spoil the dried goods.

    Pickup Option - Nelson only

    WildHQ Ltd has a pickup option available from the WildHQ Factory Shop, 3 Kotua Place, Stoke, Nelson. Open Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. Phone 03 547 1177

    Just place and pay for your order before 9am Monday to Friday and your goods will be available for pick up the day after you order it. Alternatively if you wish to pick up another day please email us at sales@wildhq.nz

    Refund Policy and Returns Policy

    If you’re not happy with any product you receive from WildHQ Ltd please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. This may result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account (excluding freighting costs). Unfortunately, seven days after the dispatch of your product we are unable to replace or credit the goods.     Cancellation Policy

    Please note WildHQ Ltd is not obliged by New Zealand Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so please ask us lots of questions before you purchase.

    However, if you do change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible on 03 547 1177 . Providing we can intercept the goods before they are dispatched, we will happily exchange the products ordered for other WildHQ Ltd goods - or a credit note.
